It is extremely difficult. Sivan and Jen have been in the medical industry for years. After 4 years at Parkland ER Sivan decided to go back to the med spa to do injections full time. It gives Sivan and Jen a lot of credibility that they have worked in the ICU and ER. Then we learn how Jen created Sivan’s social media presence because she didn’t like that Sivan didn’t get booked at the med spa she worked at. Sivan knows that she is artistic and talented and can look at any face and know what someone needs, which others cannot see, even some plastic surgeons.
