With over 17 championship medals Nick has been a World Record holder, World Champion and double Olympic medalist.   He tells Richard if there is anything better than winning and how to learn from defeat.   What he’s learnt from other athletes such as David Beckham and Michael Phelps   The British swimmer talks about the importance of visualisation, performance analysis and goal setting.
