Jon Russel is the Food Justice Organizer for the North American Marine Alliance (NAMA), where he focuses on supporting the fights of BPOC food producers. NAMA is a fishermen-led organization that is building healthy fisheries and fishing communities. Also joining me is Shannon Eldredge. Her family has been in the fishing industry for generations, and Shannon was a shellfish harvester and weir fisherman in the Cape Cod area for years.
