Dr. Eric and Dr. Tami Hefferon come on the show this week after two years of dry needling, cupping, stretching, and fixing me up on a monthly basis (due to my own lack of stretching before CrossFit). They are the husband and wife co-founders of a rapidly growing physical therapy center, Impact Physical Therapy, with a “fan base” of clients who willingly bypass their health insurance to get treatment from Impact PT on a cash-only basis.  After each session, I learn something more than just how to stretch properly and avoid injury. They are absolutely brilliant in attempting new ways to reach as many new customers as possible and their strategies are something very few are willing to test. BONUS: The Hefferons are completely transparent about their student loan debt, their credit card story, and the challenges they are still overcoming in order to be a true success story. As much success as they have had, there have been a lot of low moments they have had to endure as well.
