The Body Love Show - Creating Harmony with Body Love Academy Student Melynnda Jelley Melynnda Jelley works for a Not for Profit organisation in a Management position. She has 2 fantastic boys, a spoilt fur baby and an amazingly supportive husband that is always encouraging her to invest in her wellbeing  and grab time for herself. Melynnda is a qualified Life Coach and creator of Harmonious Me. Melynnda wants to help women feel comfortable with who they are mentally and physically, to find their true essence to be able to shine and live their intended life full of self connection and self awareness. So many women set their success again other woman rather than against themselves, against what they want to achieve, how they want to get from feeling unworthy to truly at one with themselves and the life they are living. Melynnda loves connecting with Mother Earth through gardening and creating nature spaces on her 3 acres of bush.   Melynnda finds moments of ritual in all parts of her day from first waking in the morning with The aroma of her favourite essential oils to pouring her first cup of tea and setting the intent for the day ahead. “ I feel connected to my surroundings and myself when I use ritual as part of my day, take for example a day at work for me includes a number of rituals like the way I set my desk up each morning and the way I refill my water bottle with the visualisation of physically filling up my cup and then having abundance in my day.” Many people have ways of doing things each day the same and may not even connect it to being a ritual.  I love this interview where we discuss ritual, body love and how you know if you should join The Body Love Academy.
