Clare Harris has been in the business for 15 years and has taken on a number of roles during that time. Clare started out client-facing, then went into operations and was the COO for a number of years before returning to a client-facing role about three years ago.  For our latest Head2Head, she spoke with James Dobbin about her career and what inspires her.
