Welcome to episode 3 of Jiu-Jitsu and Coffee. In this episode, I interview friend and fellow jiujetero Marc Bracy. Marc is a purple belt under JJM black belt David Werner. As always, I'll put Marc through the woke meter. In addition to some totally woke topics, we'll talk about his work out routine, daily regimen, diet, etc. Unfortunately I lost the first hour of audio due to a technical error, but we laid down 3.5 hours so we have 2 good hours of conversing. The audio is still a little tinny due to the walls bouncing back sound. That should be resolved by the next episode. In our next episode, I'll be interviewing coral belt, Master Luiz Palhares.
