With Franchise Euphoria’s upcoming series: How to Build an Enduring and Long-Lasting Franchise, Josh thought it was fitting to call back to one of the podcast’s recent episodes that touches on how to pivot your in-person discovery day events to a virtual setting in an interview with Scott Schubiger of LunchboxWax.   Scott Schubiger has been on all sides of the franchising industry with roles at the franchisor, franchisee and private equity investor level. In his most recent role, Scott leads franchise development work for LunchboxWax.    As COVID-19 hit, the brand had to get creative if they wanted to continue their momentum on the development side and Scott implemented virtual discovery days and informative, monthly webinars.
