I find it to be incredibly helpful just to get outside, and even when I'm in the middle of a million phone calls in the middle of the day it's nice just to get outside and move. It has been an absolutely incredible week, and so far, an incredible year.   Everything that's going on with Avrio, with Biotesting Labs, and with the direction we're going has been absolutely incredible. We have been able to form some really cool partnerships with companies all over the world. One of the things that I went into the end of 2020 thinking about and working on is the importance of having a vision of what you're working towards.
