BRIDGET THERESE is a Fitness Lifestyle Coach based in Houston. She is the founder of Empowering Women Through Fitness, a group of over 300 women who she teaches nutrition, exercise and having the right mindset for success.  She has shared her personal story of overcoming hardship with thousands of women and has been an inspiration to many on their journey towards weight loss.  She doesn't just focus on the physical aspect but the internal aspect and helps women find their confidence and to be their best self.  I believe her emphasis on mind and body make her a stand out from the very crowded industry.  Her ability to relate to women in all walks of life make her one of Houston's Finest Trainers. She hosts free monthly events for local Houston women such as workouts in the park and intro to weight training for women at various locations. In addition, she also does free live Facebook and Instagram training's on nutrition, finding self-confidence and using fitness as an avenue to overcome obstacles in life. Bridget has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years. She has been coaching for the last three years and recently branched out on her own to start Empowering Women Through Fitness. She holds numerous titles including 2017 Mexico Fitness Model Champion, 2014 Great North Fitness Model Champion. She is an internationally recognized fitness competitor, model and speaker.
