Bernadette Hagans on Modelling, Call of Duty & Losing Her Leg

Model and Northern Ireland football presenter Bernadette Hagans had her right leg amputated after a cancer diagnosis, aged just 22. Bernadette is also a trustee  of 'The Kindness Foundation’, a charity founded by Kurt Geiger to give young people from all backgrounds access to opportunities in the creative industries.

Bernadette Hagans joins Louise to chat about the BBC Documentary The Girl with the Colourful Leg. This programme follows Bernadette, now 25, as she takes part in a fashion shoot for Elle magazine and makes history as the first amputee to compete in the final of Miss Northern Ireland.
