Topic:  Matrix Re-imprinting &amp; EFT     Loretta Morgan    Business coach &amp; Dark guide  Uses Matrix Re-imprinting and EFT to guide you through your dark parts     Q:  What does a “Dark Guide” mean?    A:  I’ve spent a lot of time navigating my own darkness.  A lot of people are scared of that space    I’ve been able to take what I’ve learned from being in my darkness and apply it to my life    I think of it as a way that I can help people navigate that dark space from a place of experience, and helping them to get to their light     Q:  Why do you think so many people are afraid to look at their shadow/dark side?    A:  It doesn’t feel nice there.  It’s painful, confronting, and can be traumatic to visit those parts of our psyche.    We think of dark as evil.     But, when we spend time there we learn the skills to be with what is there.     Q:  Do you think it’s possible to use the light to dissolve the dark, or do we need to go deeper into the dark to heal?    A:  The light is a great way to feel good, and raise our vibration.     But, I believe that we need to be able to look at the dark corners of our psyche, so they don’t keep coming up and sabotaging you and your life.    Meghan:  Loretta has really helped me to understand myself.  It doesn’t have to be big, major traumas.    Q:   Can you explain what Matrix Re-Imprinting is?     A:  The matrix has a different meaning to a lot of people:    It’s the origin of all : Source, God, the Universe, the Field    Non-physical blueprint.    With Re-Imprinting we go in with a younger or future version of ourselves.  We have a conversation about beliefs, and can re-imprint positive beliefs and clear up old patterns.     Q:  What are the main reasons or themes that people come to see you?    A:  The main belief that people come to me with is something I will share in the EFT Session that we do together.    Matrix Re-Imprinting is far too much to go through in this conversation, Loretta has an “Enter the Matrix” session that you can have with her (See notes below for link) For today, we will experience EFT which is part of the Matrix Re-Imprinting  We will do an EFT Session together  EFT = Emotional Freedom Technique  Clear what you’re doing, take a calming breath…     Loretta:    Congratulations to everyone for jumping on, for having an open mind, for being willing to work on yourself to achieve the level of success that you are working towards    Housekeeping:    Do not do while driving  Find a private space if possible  Have a notebook &amp; pen handy  There may be intense emotions that come up   Disclaimer:  If you haven’t done a lot of deep emotional work, or you struggle with feeling overwhelming emotions, you may want to consult a healthcare practitioner before you continue with this training  I will share a calming technique to help with overwhelming emotions     To Calm Overwhelming Emotions:     Heartmath Breathing Technique       (See link below for the process)     Use to become present and engaged before beginning the practice Be open to receiving the healing      Loretta:  I really feel that we operate from one of two places:     Love or Fear…. Emotions can fit under one of these two categories    *Today I want to work on Fear, because it’s a universal feeling.   It’s so common, and it underpins so much of what we feel in our lives.    With EFT, it’s ideal to work on a specific issue. Think of an individual experience where you’ve had fear come up  Eg:  “What is the number one thing that you think it’s holding you back from achieving the level of success that you want in the world?”     *What EFT Does, and how this can help you raise your vibration:     Energy &amp; Energy Meridians  (See link below for images)  Chinese medicine meridians:  Tapping on some of the end points of the meridians to release blockage in the flow of energy When we hold emotions, we create blocks in our energy system Our energetic field runs about 9 feet around our body  *I believe this is the missing piece of the manifestation process* Dr. Bruce Lipton - We carry around our energetic field, and we attract a vibration that matches that  Our subconscious beliefs or blocks affect our energetic field We need to clear negative emotions in our energy so we can get into a high vibrational state  EFT is a way to clear negative emotions      Before Beginning EFT Session, Take Note:     *Take a moment to tune in to what you are afraid of *When you think about what you want to achieve, what comes up as a fear?  *Be specific for yourself    *If this feeling of fear was located in a particular area of your body, where would it be located?    *If you could give it a color, what color would it be?    *If you could give it a texture, what texture would it be?    *Think about giving it a level of intensity.  0 is no feeling, 10 is the worst ever    Tapping Points  (See link below for images)    *Around 7 x for each tapping point   *Repeat:  1) “Even though I have all of this fear, I deeply and completely love myself”  2) “Even though I have all of this fear, I can let it go, it’s safe to let it go”    Be specific about what your particular fear is     *After the demonstration round, check in:     Has the intensity changed?  Has the place in your body changed?  Has the colour changed?     *You can do more rounds until the intensity comes down *If you get overwhelmed with emotion, use the heartmath technique   *As you’re tapping, you can recite the definition of the color and where it is in your body    *You don’t have to do it in any particular order   *After each round, check in.    *It takes as long as it takes… the time and the number of rounds will vary.    *The idea is to bring the intensity down to a 0, but any shift is a good shift.  The idea is to bring it down.    *The reason to write down the number is because the experience is really subjective.  The number is a way to keep track of your experience.    As your emotions change, so does your experience of your emotions.    *EFT clears blockages in our energy system, so we can feel better, more often.  *Everything that happens to us is meaningful on some level, and we create beliefs around it *We can be conditioned even before birth, and can operate from a place of fear *EFT clears emotional blockages but doesn’t get to the root cause of the issue     *Matrix Re-imprinting can show how our patterns formed   How it Works:    We go into the matrix together, and choose any event that comes to mind We see how beliefs are created and how events link together  Our beliefs become the lens that we see the world through, and this is how we create patterns and can sabotage ourselves    Meghan:    I had a lot of overwhelm It was a default reaction, and now it doesn’t come up.  It’s not part of my reactions anymore.  It was so interesting to go into the matrix and discover how that pattern was created.    In my experience, it was truly healing at a root level.    Loretta:    Some of these memories, beliefs, and events are sitting in our subconscious    I was a super-sabotager, until I did this work and realized what was happening.  Behaviors and patterns begin to make sense.     Q:  Can you tell us more about the Matrix sessions that you offer?    A:   (See link below)    Approx 1 - 1.5 hours  We go into the matrix together, I am your guide.
