For many of us, finding reliable childcare is one of the first things we have to think about while pregnant and after having our baby. It can be an overwhelming task, not only to figure out the financials, but also to find and establish a good relationship with your childcare provider. In this episode, we talk to Sarah Nadimpalli, who is an expert in this area, about searching and finding the perfect nanny for your family and how to build trust and a mutual respect with one another. Sarah Nadimpalli is a community health nurse who holds a PhD in Nursing from New York University.
