Victoria very kindly came to our offices in Arundel where we discussed her career in Recruitment and how she transitioned from a busy high street desk with Adecco to launching her own Recruitment business. We discussed in depth her passion for the industry and her aim to create a network of independent recruiters on the Boffin Network.

Victoria David - Boffin Recruitment & The Boffin Network 

 Victoria David is a 25 year old from the country of Trinidad and Tobago. After graduating from the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences (CALS) at Cornell, she entered into the HR Leadership Development Program at Diageo, a multinational alcoholic beverages company in Norwalk CT. After 2 years in that function, she made an internal shift to join the Marketing organization within their NYC office.
