Maximizing Mental Toughness in your Teens and Helping Them Live a Life of Abundance!I once heard a questions asked of furtive 500 executives about what's the number one trait they prefer look for in new hires at job interviews, the top response was Resilience. I equate resilience with mental toughness. I believe they go hand in hand. So if that's what employers are looking for, and we already know that's what it takes to achieve huge goals in life and as an entrepreneur, why are we not instilling that trait in our youth? But it can be learned though strategic training and coaching. You've heard me say this before, your mind knows no difference between imagination and reality.In the military we train our minds and our bodies to be prepared for various scenarios. We train our minds to be prepared to be shot at and even wounded. We train our minds to be prepared for the death of battle buddy. We even train our minds to take another life, if need be.As a Master Resiliency Trainer, I've coached Soldiers and family members to be prepared for extended deployments, especially the return. I would do that by putting their mind into various scenarios and let them work through the potential issues in their mind. These sessions have been proven to be very beneficial to the Soldier and their family.So, what Sheryl Kline and Scott Danish is doing for Teens and their parents is very important work.
