Today on the show, I am joined by Certified Financial Planner™ and Battalion Chief Leo Nunez. Leo has been in the fire service for 25 years. He got involved as a trustee of his department's pension plan and began to develop a passion for personal finance. Through his involvement in the pension plan, he realized that his brothers and sisters in the fire service were not being provided the tools to allow them to be financially successful. So, in 2010, Leo and his partner and fellow Battalion Chief James Estep started Everest Financial Advisors. Leo and James were the inspiration behind me starting my firm.
