She strives to be a voice for young women of color who are misunderstood and miss labeled. To be someone who can share experiences and teach. By painting portraits of women who are poised complex and uniquely beautiful she has the ability to shift the worlds perception of blackness and the beauty in it.Andrew Kang is a second-generation Korean-American born and raised in NYC.
