My guest for this week is going to share with us her experience with expanding the farm to include flowers, as well as what this expansion has meant for the company's sales and their connection to the community. Kimby Decker, the farm manager at Millsap Farm located close to Springfield, Missouri, is talking about her experience growing flowers on the farm and the natural progression of those flowers into the market.
