Adina Schlass is a food stylist, recipe developer and the creator of @the_chefs_wife_. Passionate about using fresh and natural ingredients, Adina inspires thousands of women to try new recipes that are vibrant, healthy, easy to cook and most importantly delicious!With her unique aesthetic and beautifully presented dishes Adina's work is a visual feast!   In this episode, Adina talks about her love of cooking and how she found her unique style when creating dishes. According to Adina, simple does not have to be boring, on the contrary using fresh ingredients and coaxing out flavors (through methods such has sweating vegetable) creates delicious food. Adina also talks about how she  has achieved a  balance with being active on social media yet being intentional about when and what she posts.
