Breaking Through Physical Limits with Kristen Douhan

Today's conversation lead me into Sports Rehab Consulting in Denver, CO as I hung out with Allison Hubbard and Physical Therapist Kristen Douhan for their session for the day. Allison has been a long time ACL CLUB member and supporter and had a great idea for me to come in and talk with her and her physical therapist. What we learned was that education is a two way street, your mind is connected to your healing journey much more than we originally think, and that breaking things down and restarting can be the best thing for us when it comes to full health.
