Well, for starters, his critical thinking and clinical decision making skills are top notch. But what probably stands out to me the most, is Scot’s determination to continuing growing, and his continually shedding of his own certainty based on the best available information. Scot’s intellectual humility is role model worthy and is something I respect so much. As I continue my journey as a clinician, Scot has been someone who helps to hold the mirror up to myself, helping me to ask myself the hard questions, but ultimately the ones that make me GROW!
