In this episode we interview Liv Carroll - Senior Principal at Accenture focusing on Accentures digital applied intelligence and transformation within the mining industry.  Liv’s background is in geology and over time he has moved into Applied Intelligence to generate value for clients through definition, adoption &amp; strengthening of innovation and sustainability strategy; advanced analytics &amp; machine learning; and improved operating models. We talk about the key drivers of the mining industry today and how technology can address contemporary business needs. Liv discusses attributes of successful companies rather than those that flounder, while giving us an insightful account of where mining will be in 10 years.
