Chip Hoffa Shares His Story of His Mentor Who Became His Abuser, How To Be an Ally & More

As we close out Pride Month 2021, I want to share with you the story of my good friend Chip Hoffa. Chip and I go way back, to the OG days of Turbo Kick.  Learn how he’s used fitness to transform his life, his community and his mindset. We talk about how fitness and how his fitness family have helped him to overcome self-doubt and believe in himself 100%. It’s the power of choice - choosing to believe that life is happening for him, not to him. Fitness has given him purpose and a place where he feels he belongs.
