As a Physical Therapist and Geriatric Clinical Specialist who served many roles in the physical rehabilitation of patients following hospitalization for accidental injuries or major medical conditions, Ava Villafuerte is not a stranger to seeing first hand the financial difficulties families go through after a loved one is hospitalized. She has seen families divine; people give up their homes to rent or live with relatives and friends; and some lose much of what they’re worked hard for, all too commonly.In 2008, she started managing Rehab facilities for a nationwide healthcare provider which gave her a lot of opportunities to sit with patients and families in discharge planning and goal setting. Ava recognized early on the gross lack of financial readiness of many Americans when faced with major medical problems, which fueled a desire to educate herself in financial readiness.In 2013 she became a licensed Life and Health agent and has pursued many continuing educations; traveled to many seminars and conferences; and attempted to affiliate with several financial institutions in the last 5 years but has not really found the solution she was looking for, until she found Family Heritage in October 2018 through an agent from Texas that presented to her job at Interim Healthcare In Redding, California.Excited to find what she has always dreamt of as a solution that could have saved many of her clients from financial bankruptcy, home foreclosures, and savings depletion; she pursued becoming appointed with Family Heritage right away and underwent classroom education, field trainings, and worked out the beginnings of her own company that will serve Shasta County locally until its official business opening on January 1, 2019.https://atbeckandcall.com/
