They started Cap Strat to fill a gap in the institutional retirement field and to provide “holistic support” to their clients that was lacking in similar businesses.  You’ll see throughout the conversation how their fundamental principal of “trust &amp; transparency” is important to them and why building relationships, instead of simply being a transactional business, is key to being the best.Barbara Best and Nancy Rizzuto are both Founders and Principals of CAP STRAT, and the Founders of the CAP STRAT Women's Forum.
