Jon Dils, General Manager of Lon's Restaurant at the Hermosa Inn has personally adopted a habit of beginning each day recognizing the things in his life that he is thankful for. Through this practice, he has been able to create a balance between the long hours required by the restaurant industry and his family. He has also been able to pass this idea along to those he leads, and in doing so, has helped his staff find more joy and fulfillment in the workplace.
