165. UCLA Law Dean Jennifer Mnookin: Educating Lawyers for practice, the Bar Exam, and Justice

The coronavirus crisis has created turmoil for legal education and bar admissions, as law schools have shut down their campuses and states have put off bar exams. One proposal, advocated by  Jennifer L.
