Creativity and structure in small businesses with Victoria Lopez

Wacky Cake  makes 1 8x8 or 9x9 cake1 1/2 C of all purpose flour3 tbsp. of cocoa powder1 C of sugar1 Tbsp. vinegar1 tsp. of vanilla1 C of cold water1/2 tsp. salt1 tsp. baking soda 1/3 C vegetable oil Bake at 350 for 40 minutes and let cool if you want to add the icing.Here's the icing recipe, by the way! (for 2 cakes so 1/2 it for 1 cake)1/2 lb powdered sugar1/4 C cocoa1/4 C softened butter1 tsp vanilla2 tbsp water1/4 C white corn syrup
