Becky shares her experience of transitioning through the death of her mother to cancer as well as her divorce (ambiguous death). She shares the importance of naming our emotions and giving ourselves grace and compassion as we grieve. Becky gets honest about the struggles of her divorce and the "new hurts" that happen as you transition through ambiguous death versus the finality of actual death. We grow as we learn from our experience and those of others. When we lean into our discomfort and find the lesson, we grow. I know that if we do not find a way to break our patterns we will stay “stuck” we will not grow and we will flounder in self doubt and disbelief. It is possible to change your patterns! How do I know this? Because I have done it myself! I am doing it myself! The process never ends because growth never ends. You can either create the results you want or the results you do not want.
