Ana de Moraes se formou em jornalismo na ECA-USP em 1999 e mudou para Londres em 2000. Em 2004 ela se tornou estagiaria na produtora de TV Endemol, no departamento responsável por criar ideias para novos programas de TV. Em 2006 ela passou a trabalhar na produtora Twenty Twenty, onde se tornou Head of Development e criou formatos de TV que ganharam Baftas (British Academy Film Awards), Emmys e outros prêmios - incluindo First Dates (que no Brasil passou na rede Bandeirantes com o nome A Primeira Vista). Depois de 9 anos na Twenty Twenty ela foi Diretora de Criação na BBC, e atualmente trabalha como Chief Creative Officer na produtora MultiStory, (www.multistory.tv) onde criou shows incluindo Batalha das Flores (Netflix).
