Louise has  been doing triathlon since 2008, 12 years now. She is  45 years young and she has  been part of the GB age group team since 2010. Louise didn't do much sport when She was younger, not seriously as she states she was a sickly child and had bad asthma. Louise  came to tri after injuring Herself doing Berlin and London marathons in 2006, 2007. Running was a way to lose weight and get fit and healthy. To date Louise has done around a 100 tris, had 18 starts as part of the age group team and 3 podiums. - Silver in 2015 ETU Geneva standard distance. triathlon - Bronze in 2018 ETU Tartu Standard distance triathlon - Bronze in 2019 ETU Targu Mures Aquathlon - a few 4th places too ;) She is the  current British AG Aquathlon champion and 3 x British AG Standard Distance Champion in 2014, 2015, 2017. Louise  also works as a yoga teacher specialising in yoga for triathletes. I ran a marathon once… Yup, exactly one time. That was my first and it will be my last. But some people LIVE FOR IT! In many cases, these marathoners train year after year all year long. Then, they add in biking and swimming and call it a party! Yes, I’m talking about that unique beast: the triathlete. I never really knew how dedicated you have to be to participate in a triathlon. Nor did I realize how much training is involved. Then I met Louise Croxson.I have had the privilege of working with Louise as her business coach. What blew me away when we first started working together is how she had this niche in yoga that I have never seen executed before: Yoga for Triathletes!
