Los Charlys Orchestra  Los Charly’s Orchestra is a London based music project created and directed by Venezuelan producers Juan Laya &amp; Jorge Montiel. Combining a retro and a exhilarating modern sound, Los Charly’s Orchestra signature sound is characterized by a unique edge that blends the Boogie-Disco sound of the 70’s with a seriously Latin perspective.  Among some of the talented members of Los Charly’s Orchestra: Uk Soul singer Andre Espeut &amp; Elpidio Alegria, Brazilian bass players: Matheus Nova &amp; George Malamas, Keyboardist: Milt Mavrakakis, Guitarist: Phil Stevenson, Trombonist: Tony Trombony, Trumpet player: Paul Batik, Drummers: John Desbrulais &amp; Mike Mckenzie, Venezuelan percussionist Wilmer Sifontes and Uk Soul/Jazz Guru Xantone Blacq.  Over the years the band has worked in collaboration with some of the most prolific current producers of the contemporary scene such as: Joey Negro, Jose Padilla (Cafe Del Mar), John Morales, Opolopo, Jose Luis Pardo (from Los Amigos Invisibles) &amp; Pete Herbert.  LCO has also produced a well respected catalog among the connoisseurs of the Disco, Soul, Jazz Funk &amp; Latin music, with songs that have truly become modern times classics all around the globe, including: History (Feat. Uk soul legend: Omar), Sunshine, Everlasting Love &amp; My Barrio (between others) receiving the recognition of entities &amp; personalities of the caliber of NME &amp; Craig Charles (BBC6) due to their authenticity.  As well as that, the band has played in some of the key musical spots of the UK &amp; the rest of the world such as Clore Ballroom (Royal Festival Hall) – London, Lovebox Festival, Jazz Cafe – London, Blue Marlin – Ibiza, Unico – Shanghai, Ku De Ta – Bali, between others.
