Willie is an expert on hormones and hormone therapy, and joins 40fit to talk about the basics of good hormone health.   Hormones are an essential part of body function, they control all metabolic activity in the body. Consequently, if your hormone levels are out of whack - even if you are training and eating right - your quality of life can be severely impacted.
