A 42 year resident of Prince George, Brian is married with one Son and two Step Sons. Hobbies include pets, fishing, photography hiking , working out and spending time in the bush. Brian has spent his working career in the forest industry and is presently employed at Intercon Pulp as a Power Engineer for the past 30 years. Brian Skakun was elected to City Council in November, 2002 for his first term as Councillor. Brian spends a great deal of time out in the community helping groups and individuals address their local issues. Through his straight forward, working class ethics, Brian remains one of the City’s most popular Councilors of all time.
