She basically practiced and practiced for two solid years [after completing high school early and entering a dual enrollment program online]. And before that she was taking regular lessons and doing a lot of work. But I said, ‘If you’re going to do this, we’re going to do it right. And we have to work hard.’”—Allison DeMarco
