In this episode I am joined by the lovely Margaret Shenken as she shares her story of transformation and growth from her legal career to successful health and wellness business.Reminding us that we have much more control over our habits and mindset than we think we do. And it’s not as complicated as we make it.Margarets Bio: Margaret is a Performance Coach. She is a qualified solicitor, but left her legal career in 2011 and requalified in health and wellbeing. She has now been coaching for over 10 years in fitness, nutrition, mindset and habits.  Margaret helps both individuals and their teams to become healthier and happier in their work and life, by breaking negative habit cycles and making 1 small positive change at a time. Margaret lives in Glasgow with her husband, their three children and two dogs, Charlie and Lola. This weeks guest is a woman who thought her career had all been mapped out after studying for years to become a successful a lawyer. Margaret Shenken shares how she left the world of law behind and finally followed her heart in to the world of fitness. She now helps women over 40 find joy in exercise and is helping women become happier for it. Margarets' Ted Talk "What if I don't know what my passion is?' was a huge success and I highly recommend you watch it. https://youtu.be/GBzEEP2Ti7M With previous careers in law and lecturing, Margaret discovered how difficult it is to accommodate exercise into everyday life. After her 3rd child, Margaret left corporate and started creating fun, cleverly constructed workouts that also delivered results, without being impossible and gruelling. By transforming exercise from a daily chore to a daily high, she has helped thousands of women become fitter, leaner and happier. First, through Fuse-Fit, fitness class franchise and now through the female FITNESS hub membership, enabling you to get fit from home. I love Margarets attitude to the world of fitness and it makes such refreshing change to hear her talking about how we need to bring the joy back in to our exercise, so if that means setting up a disco in your kitchen then just it and do it often!
