The company specializes in leadership and human capital development and Diversity &amp; Inclusion training.Stephon served as the Deputy Director and Lead Facilitator for the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute’s (DEOMI) Mobile Training Team (MTT) and Executive Leadership Awareness Seminars. In 2014, he was selected to brief the DoD's Under Secretary of Personnel and Readiness and members of the U.S. Armed Services Committee on creating positive organizational climates in the military.
