Cathy Ospina is a Health Coach trained through Duke Integrative Medicine and a Childbirth Doula trained through DONA international. She is also a wife to her wonderful husband, Graeme, and mother to her beautiful daughter, Lua-Anu. As a doula and coach, Cathy is passionate about working with new mothers through pregnancy, childbirth, and beyond! Her goal is to empower new mothers through education. Cathy believes that empowering mothers to be who they are and prioritize their needs is the best way to inspire our children to do the same. Cathy currently lives in North Carolina with her husband and daughter. They are in the process of creating their dream life complete with building a country home and filling it with music, children, chickens, dogs, and other critters!
