It took the summertime heat in India and naturally frizzy hair for Ashley Spierer to get rid of her familiar supply of products, and experiment with coconut oil. Fast forward three years later, and she’s now the founder of a growing natural skincare line, Daughter of the Land. Ashley became passionate about natural products, like coconut oil, after spending a year in India where she witnessed firsthand that good skincare did not have to be complicated.
