He aspires to help send ambitious female officials to the referee camp or tryout of their choice. ⁣⁣𝗛𝗲 𝗷𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝗱𝗰𝗮𝘀𝘁 for episode 109 to give us more details on his Officiating Scholarship for Women. “I noticed that the proportion of women officials to men officials is low, and I'm hoping this scholarship will encourage women to pursue the career further.⁣”⁣⁣𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗶𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 who are either officiating basketball at the high school level or in their first three years at the NCAA level.
