#21 How to choose a Yoga Teacher Training?! With Lotte van Graas

Lotte deelt hoe ze op het idee is gekomen en waarom ze het zo'n ontzettend leuk project vindt. Ze legt uit dat de podcast  een mooi repertoire biedt aan wijsheden over yoga, lifestyle, sport en het leven. Ook vindt ze het belangrijk om met de wereld te delen dat iedereen op zijn of haar eigen mijn z'n best doet om een goed mens te zijn, maar dat 'mens zijn' ook betekent dat we fouten (mogen) maken.
