In this session Tash shares her inspiring journey from battling with the lose of her father at a young age as well as surviving Ovarian cancer to her incredibly successful health and fitness career.

In episode 57 of The C-Word we chat with Ninja Warrior Tash Sergi. Growing up, Tash was always into health and fitness and played a number of sports at an elite level most of my life. These include dancing, touch football, baton twirling, athletics, netball, baseball, gridiron (LFL) and currently she is a Ninja Warrior. Last year she represented Australia and went to Vietnam and USA for the world titles. She has also competed on the show 3 times! At a young age adversity hit her pretty hard, losing her Dad when she was 16 then just 18 months later, she was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. Fast forward a few years later and she studied to become a personal trainer. She has now been in the industry for over 10 years and recently started an online health and wellness site with her best friend called Tash + Laura Co (TLC). Out of all this craziness she still fits in training 4-5 days a week and likes to push herself pretty hard! This episode is sponsored by Giving Greens.
