Denman (“Denny”) Wagstaff is a commercial real estate specialist who has enjoyed a long, entrepreneurial career in the restaurant industry. He uses this vast experience to benefit his commercial clients in their search for Boise real estate.  Starting out at age 21, Denny, purchased his first income property with his wife, Alyce. It was a unique “fixer upper” opportunity that they lived in, remodeled, and “flipped”. Since then, they have purchased and leased millions of dollar worth of properties in several states learning the importance of Location, Location, Location. He has developed several shopping centers from the ground up, and has a development team that can help take that special piece of property from just a vision to a profitable reality; walking you through the process of planning, designing, and building your residential or commercial project.  Personal: Married to Alyce Wagstaff for over 41 years. His family includes 3 sons, 3 daughters and 13 grandchildren. Education: University of Utah, Finance &amp; Business Major   Experience:  Wagstaff Management Corp (KFC Franchisee) – owned and operated 80 restaurants 1996---2012; President of Wagstaff Development Corp - 2004 to present; CEO of Ultimate Sevens, LLC - 2012 to present.
