Mary's journey to become a life coach began over 13 years ago when I found myself depressed after her father’s passing. Having lost her mom at a young age, she learned to grow up fast but never had the tools she needed to help her overcome loss and other childhood traumas. She found relief through running, yoga and Zumba® Fitness. Eventually she became a Group Fitness Instructor and was blessed to be able to provide the same therapy to others.
