The feeling of Hygge is cozy, comfortable and being present in the time you spend either alone or with others.  It's about candles, warm fires in the winter and cozy sweatshirts and sunsets in the summer. Working since 2001 as a reflexologist &amp; reiki practitioner her focus has been to facilitate the innate healing power of peoples own bodies to move toward health &amp; all levels of wellness.  Tracy teaches both a 300 hour reflexology course as well as all 3 levels of Usui Reiki.  Most recently Tracy co-founded Complete Wellness in Quakertown, PA which opened its doors in the fall of 2017.
