About the guest: Shiva Nallaperumal  @shiva_n_ is a Graphic Designer, Type Designer and Illustrator from Chennai, India. He graduated from DJAD, Coimbatore, before pursuing his MFA in Graphic Design from the Maryland Institute College of Art, Baltimore, USA. In 2016 he began his independent practice. Previously, he interned with Grandmother India (2012) and Pentagram (Abbott Miller’s team, 2014). As a type designer, he has worked with ITF, Lost Type Co-Op and Typotheque.  “I follow a research led, process driven work ethic to bring meaningful solutions to design problems. My practice has focused on Identity Systems, Publication and Exhibition Design, Custom Typefaces and Interactive Design for a wide range of international clients.”  Currently he is a partner at November @nvmbr_in , a studio for Graphic Design founded by Juhi Vishnani and him.
