For those that have listened to the Waffle before, you are about to find out that this episode is a little different to the norm. Usually, we might do a live Q&amp;A, an expert session, or an athlete interview. But this time we are being interviewed by the amazing @lovelauramary. This came about when Laura received a heap of nutrition-related questions from her followers and we were so honoured to be a part of that. Laura is someone that we have respected for a very long time for the main reason that she shares a really raw and personable story. She has been through a lot of life events that have really allowed her to build an unparalleled resilience and has pulled at our heartstrings in many other ways. Her honesty throughout this whole process is very rare, particularly in social media, and it’s also greatly appreciated for this reason. When she sent these questions through it really highlighted the need for us to be present, not only from a scientific space but also from a place of empowerment. She did a poll that we talk about in this episode and it really emphasised how people are feeling about nutrition day-to-day, how much pressure they can sometimes feel, and how much confusion they can feel. Finding Food Confidence with Laura Grzelak

 In today’s episode,  I interview Laura. Laura suffered from endometriosis and spent the few months leading up to trying to conceive is very mindful of her diet and lifestyle to regulate her cycles. She went on to conceive her first baby Link shortly after actively trying to conceive. Throughout her pregnancy, Laura became increasingly anxious about her birth and her diet.
