Episode #180! Last week we kicked off a new series of lesser known sports that are growing in popularity.  We covered Pickleball and Horseshoe Pitching.  This week we started off with Horton Smith Golf Pro, Garrett Holt as he gave us the 101 information about the growing sport of Speed Golf! Combining endurance running and the finely tuned skill of golf, this combo sport has grown tremendously in popularity.  Listen to learn all of the strategies and the mentality it takes to be successful. We then discussed the extreme physical (some say crazy) events that require endurance running while completing wild and challenging obstacles. She was the marketing director for the Yakov Smirnoff Theatre and has participated in painstaking french-fry photo shoots; Amy Hietter has worn many hats and seen many challenges in life, but manages to have one of the most sunny dispositions you've ever encountered. She currently works as the CEO (Chief Excitement Officer) for 7 Billion Ones, who's vision is "to change the world - through people and their stories. As an ongoing movement we exist to document and share stories to connect and empower people". She certainly fulfills the role well, and was more than happy to share her own story with me on the show.
