Wir wurdenwieder auf die dotnet Cologne eingeladen. Obwohl Oliver und Thomas verhindertwaren haben ich mit dem Kollegen Matthias Schwarz einen tollen Ersatz gefunden. RainerStropek ist seit über 25 Jahren als Unternehmer in der IT-Industrie tätig. Ergründete und führte in dieser Zeit mehrere IT-Dienstleistungsunternehmen undentwickelt im Augenblick in seiner Firma „software architects“ mitseinem Team die preisgekrönte Software „time cockpit“.  Rainer hatAbschlüsse an der Höheren Technischen Schule für MIS, Leonding (AT) sowie derUniversity of Derby (UK). Er ist Autor mehrerer Fachbücher und Artikel inMagazinen im Umfeld von Microsoft .NET und C#. Seine technischen Schwerpunktesind C# und .NET, XAML, die Microsoft Azure Plattform, SQL Server sowie WebDevelopment. Rainer tritt regelmäßig als Speaker und Trainer auf namhaftenKonferenzen in Europa und den USA auf. 2010 wurde Rainer von Microsoft zu einemder ersten MVPs für die Windows Azure Plattform ernannt.
