Then he went back to school and got his MBA. This gave him a new lens to look at everything Dental. He started studying the dental ecosystem and looking at each stakeholder.[03:20] He came up with a tool called Schedule Widget to increase engagement in practices. [05:57] There's no shortage of patients out there. Less than 18% of patients go to dentists. Online scheduling needs to be available to help make it easier for patients to go.[07:02] 75% of the calls during working hours are missed. He shares how this process was much tougher, but more rewarding than he thought it would be. He also talks about the difference between key opinion leaders, subject matter experts, and someone who just has an opinion. Eric shares a lot of great information including how to approach dental insurance and finding the best mentors.
